We just rolled out our latest website build. I work for a group of coffee companies ins Spain related to the coffee trade. In the group there is a company which makes coffee capsules, another which does coffee beans for the hospitality trade and there are some which make those same products but just in a different price range.

Molinos de cafe electronicos Modo sitiowebWe just rolled out our latest website build. I work for a group of coffee companies ins Spain related to the coffee trade. In the group there is a company which makes coffee capsules, another which does coffee beans for the hospitality trade and there are some which make those same products but just in a different price range.

One of the companies is a factory which makes automatic coffee grinders.

Recently we updated the website and yesterday we went live. I will admit that it has a few kinks which we need to iron out, but it’s a huge improvement from the old.

As a Marketer it was important for me to update the site because it sent too much tim talking about the features of the products and not enough time talking about the benefit.

One of the grinders for example is a very different kind of professional coffee grinder. It has an attached money box and is a completely sealed machine. It grinds coffee according to money deposited in the coin box. It’s not a 1 coin = 1 coffee system, the money deposited pays for the coffee according to it’s cost per kilo. I.e. if you put in 2€ the machine credits 2€ worth of coffee and will dispense the appropriate amount of coffee. Then the company just needs to visit the customer and open the grinder to refill it and empty the cash box. This is great for the customer because they don’t have any bill to pay.

The problem was the old website talked about the coin box but didn’t explain how it benefited the customer. It benefits the coffee supplier because they don’t have to worry about unpaid invoices and customer love it because they never have to worry about paying the bill and when our delivery guys fill the machine, they also maintain it, so it always works well.

Anyway if you are interested in Coffee Grinders you can check out the website:

If you have any other questions about coffee products, just leave a comment, as long as I’m working here I can do my best to answer them.

How to Center Buttons and other elements using external #CSS

How to Center Buttons and other elements using external CSS

How to center something width-wise using CSS. In particular this is useful for buttons. Even more particularly I made this to help people to center buttons if the are using Joomshaper SP Pagebuilder. I used this to center the buttons for SP Pagebuilder, but this could also be used for anyone who want to center something horizontally with CSS.

Ok. So I found this photo of an iPad. When I first saw it I just couldn't get my brain to see the edge correctly. I saw an edge that dented in and then out. Hard to explain. Like instead of being round-convex, it was round-concave. Take a look. Do you see an iPad Optical illusion? Do you see the iPad with a convex (rounded out) edge or an iPad with a concave (rounded in) edge?

Change the Newsletter status in bulk of #Prestashop customers through PHPmyAdmin

Change the Newsletter status in bulk of Prestashop customers through PHPmyAdmin

How to mass update the newsletter status of customers in Prestashop.

It could happen. You import your customers into Prestashop and their subscription status to the newsletter gets lost. You may simply want to set them as subscribed but you don’t want to do it one by one. You want to set all the customers in bulk below or above a certain customer ID as subscribed to your prestashop newsletter in one go.

This is a quick post on how to update the newsletter status of customers in Prestashop using PHPmydamin.
